- Eat high-quality proteins like grass-fed beef, chicken, pork, venison, seafood, etc.
- Eat plenty of veggies like leafy greens, bell peppers, summer squash, broccoli, cauliflower, and more. Eat the rainbow!
- Incorporate healthy fats. We’re talking avocado, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, olives, coconut oil, pastured animal fats, egg yolks, pasture-raised protein sources, grass-fed butter or ghee, coconut, and more!
