beef burgundy with potato-turnip mash

Beef Bourguignon, also known as Beef Burgundy, is French beef stew braised in red wine and includes hearty veggies like onions, carrots, and garlic. We left the wine out but recreated the rich and complex flavor that is classic to this dish, which pairs perfectly with our lower-carb potato-turnip mash.
